Rich, moist and full-flavored with the bones left in, our 4-Bone Frenched Pork Loin Roast is as good looking as it is good tasting. Simply defrost, season as desired, then roast in the oven. Easy, affordable and impressive, this is a sumptuous rack of pork meant for celebrating.
Preparation Instructions: For best results thaw under refrigeration. Use within 3 - 5 days. Oven: Place oven rack in center of oven and preheat 450�F. Season roast as desired. Place the roast on a rack in a roasting pan, fat side up. Place roast in oven for 10 minutes and then reduce the temperature to 250�F. Cook until a meat thermometer placed in the center of the fattest part of the roast reaches an internal temperature of 150�F. Remove from the oven and allow to rest 10 minutes before slicing.
