Sweet, meaty and delicate with big flakes, our All Natural Wild Northern Halibut is wild-caught in the icy northern waters off the coast of the USA. Simply defrost, marinate or season as you desire, then bake or sautee your best halibut recipe. Low in fat and calories and high in flavor, it’s easy to get hooked on halibut!

  • Packages of 4 or 8
  • Each portion is 6 oz.
  • Low fat, high protein fish!

Preparation Instructions: Keep frozen until ready to prepare. Defrost under refrigeration until fully thawed. Pan Saute': Preheat medium size saute' pan to medium high heat. Add 1 tablespoon oil. Season halibut as desired. When pan is hot, add halibut portion to pan and let sear for about 3-4 minutes. Turn over and cook for additional 4-5 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork. Oven: Preheat oven to 350*F. Place halibut on nonstick baking sheet pan. Lightly coat halibut with oil or clarified butter and season as desired. Bake for about 12-15 minutes or to desired doneness.
