Wet aged for 28 days, hand trimmed, and perfectly portioned, each bacon wrapped filet mignon is packed with juicy flavor. Black angus steak and Applewood smoked bacon – two meats bring double the enjoyment!

For best results thaw under refrigeration. Use within 5 - 7 days. Cook steak according to a meat thermometer rather than a time table. Remove steaks from grill, pan, or oven 5 degrees before desired doneness. Let steak rest 5-10 minutes before serving. Rare: 125 - 130 degrees, Medium Rare: 130 -145 degrees, Medium: 140 - 145 degrees, Medium Well: 150 - 160 degrees, Well: 160 - 170 degrees For Crispy Bacon: Brown bacon in heated saute' pan by placing two wooden spoons across top of pan and positioning filets between the spoons, bacon side down. Rotate filets by a quarter turn every minute until all 4 sides have been browned. Turn heat up to high, remove spoons and sear for one minute on each side of the filet (steak side down). Place filets on a cookie sheet in a preheated oven (450*F) until they reach desired doneness.
