Our Filet Mignon Beef Wellington features a perfectly trimmed and aged Filet Mignon topped with a Portobello mushroom duxelle -- wrapped in a flaky puff pastry! It’s a fine dining experience at home, simplified to make for a delicious and satisfying traditional family meal. Simply cook in the oven from frozen.

Do not thaw product prior to cooking. Preheat oven to 400 degrees, line a sheet pan with parchment paper. Remove product from packaging, place on parchment paper. Place in oven and cook until pastry is well browned and internal temperature reaches 130 degrees in the center of the product for medium rare, approximately 35 minutes (time is approximate and varies, depending on your oven and desired degree of doneness). Once desired temperature has been reached remove from oven and allow product to rest for 5 minutes prior to removing from parchment paper. To remove to plate it is recommended that you use a spatula to slide under the product, so pastry does not crumble.
