Our Black Tiger Shrimp are sustainably raised in Vietnam, peeled, deveined and ready to add to any recipe. Toss into risotto, scampi, or serve with linguini and sauce - the possibilities are endless! 

  • 16-20 shrimp per pound

Keep frozen until ready to prepare. Defrost under refrigeration until fully thawed. Pan Saute': Add 1 tablespoon oil or clarified butter to preheated saute' pan at medium high heat. Add desired amount of shrimp as to not overload pan and begin to cook for 5-8 minutes tossing repeatedly and quickly to ensure shrimp cook evenly. Remove when shrimp turn red and opaque in color. Grill: Lightly oil shrimp and season as desired. Place shrimp on well-greased grill rack 3-4 inches away from heat source. Cook 3-5 minutes turning once, cooking an additional 3-5 minutes or until shrimp turn red and opaque in color.
