Awesome little steaks!

I got the 4 oz size, and they are so tender and delicious! I like the portion size too. I pan sear them quickly so they sear on the outside and are medium rare on the inside. I can easily say they are the best little steaks I've ever had, and love to have them ready and waiting in my freezer. They are so tender they don't need any marinating, but for added flavor I like to quickly marinate them in balsamic vinegar and olive oil. They are so well trimmed that you eat every speck of them, nothing is wasted. Highly recommend!
