Slow braised in its own natural gravy, our Fully Cooked Beef Pot Roast is the meaty meal that brings back memories of home, without all the work.
Preparation Instructions: ALWAYS THAW POT ROAST BEFORE REHEATING. For best results thaw under refrigeration. Use within 5 - 7 days. Boil in Bag Method: On a stove top, simmer a pot of water large enough to hold the pouch of pot roast. Do not remove the pot roast from the pouch and do not allow the water to boil. Place the pot roast into the simmering water and cook uncovered for twenty minutes. Remove package from water and let stand 2 minutes, the bag will maintain its integrity and not open or split for up to 20 minutes. The lid must remain off. Keeping the lid on will raise the temperature and cause the bag to possibly open or split prior to the 20 minutes. Skillet Method: Remove beef and gravy from the package and place in a skillet. Turn heat to medium, cover and simmer gently for approximately 30 minutes.
