We have gotten the crab cake recipe down! Thick, meaty and made with premium blue crab meat responsibly harvested in the U.S., our Jumbo Lump Crab Cake is the stuff award-winning crab cake sandwiches are made of. Simply defrost, pan sear or grill, serve on soft bun with a touch of spicy mayo or tartar sauce and let this crab cake shine.

  • Get a pack of 6 or 12
  • Each portion and serving is 3 oz.
  • Made with real, jumbo lump crab meat!

Preparation Instructions: Can be cooked from frozen or thawed. Pan Saute': Preheat saute' pan to medium heat with about 1-2 tablespoons of oil and carefully add frozen crab cakes. Cook for 4-6 minutes per side or until golden brown and reach an internal temperature of 165*F. Reduce cooking time by 5 minutes if cooking from a thawed state. OVEN BAKED FROM FROZEN: Preheat oven to 350*F. Place jumbo lump crab cakes onto a nonstick baking sheet pan and lightly coat with oil or butter flavored cooking spray and bake for 20 - 25 minutes or until golden brown and reach an internal temperature of 165*F.

The Best Crab Cakes

These Rastelli Crab Cakes are the best I've ever had. Absolutely no filler, all lump crab meat!! I highly recommend trying this product.
