Preparation Instructions: Can be cooked from frozen or thawed. Pan Saute': Preheat saute' pan to medium heat with about 1-2 tablespoons of oil and carefully add frozen crab cakes. Cook for 4-6 minutes per side or until golden brown and reach an internal temperature of 165*F. Reduce cooking time by 5 minutes if cooking from a thawed state. OVEN BAKED FROM FROZEN: Preheat oven to 350*F. Place jumbo lump crab cakes onto a nonstick baking sheet pan and lightly coat with oil or butter flavored cooking spray and bake for 20 - 25 minutes or until golden brown and reach an internal temperature of 165*F.
