Cooking Instructions: This product can be cooked from a frozen or thawed state. OVEN BAKED FROM FROZEN: Preheat oven to 350°F. Place crab cakes onto a nonstick baking sheet pan and lightly coat with olive oil or butter flavored cooking spray. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown with an internal temperature of at least 145°F. PAN FRY: Preheat sauté pan to medium heat with about 1-2 tablespoons of oil and carefully add crab cakes. Cook for 5-6 minutes per side or until golden brown with an internal temperature of at least 145°F. Reduce cooking time by 5 minutes if cooking from a thawed state.
