Tender, with a mild, earthy taste, our all-natural Lamb Cubes come from Australian lamb. A staple meat in cultures around the world, cubed lamb is perfect for ethnic dishes such as curries, korma or souvlaki, as well as classic American basic stews, soups and kebabs.
Preparation Instructions: For best results thaw under refrigeration. Use within 5 - 7 days after product is completely thawed. Cook to an internal temperature of at least 160*F. Rare - 125 - 130 degrees Medium Rare - 130 -145 degrees Medium - 140 - 145 degrees Medium Well - 150 - 160 degrees Well - 160 - 170 degrees
