Like tiny, tender porterhouse steaks with a mild and earthy flavor, our all-natural Lamb Loin Chop comes from the finest Australian lamb. Defrost, marinate, then grill quickly for a caramelized outside and juicy pink center. Traditionally served in Spring, but too delectable not to serve all year long.
Preparation Instructions: For best results thaw under refrigeration. Use within 3 - 5 days. Pan sear for two minutes per side. Finish cooking in a hot oven (450*F or higher) until 5 degrees before desired doneness. Let rest 5 - 10 minutes before serving. Rare - 125 - 130 degrees Medium Rare - 130 -135 degrees Medium - 140 - 145 degrees Medium Well - 150 - 160 degrees Well - 160 - 170 degrees
