Tender and salty, our fully cooked mussels from are responsibly raised in Chile. Simply warm, then add to your favorite pasta dish, or sautee with a white wine or coconut curry broth. With these mussels you can easily make seafood shack-alicious dishes at home.
Preparation Instructions: Keep frozen until ready to prepare. Defrost under refrigeration until fully thawed. Pan Saute': Our mussels come fully cooked and only need to be re-heated. Add them to your favorite saut'ed seafood dishes just a few minutes before serving, or reheat in saute' pan with butter for delicious steamers. Steamed: For that fresh steamed mussel look just drop bag in boiling water for 5-6 minutes. Remove from water and open bag and serve. Can also be microwaved for 2-3 minutes in bag. Use caution, bag will be hot to touch.
