Preparation Instructions: Keep frozen until ready to prepare. Defrost under refrigeration until fully thawed. Oven Baked: Preheat oven to 350*F. Lightly oil or use clarified butter to coat fillets. Season fillets as desired. Place Pangasius fillets on nonstick sheet pan. Bake in oven for 15-20 minutes or until meat feels firm to the touch. Pan Saute': Preheat medium size saute' pan to medium high heat. Season Pangasius fillet as desired. Add 1 tablespoon oil to pan. When hot add Pangasius fillet and saute' for 3-4 minutes. Turn over and cook an additional 3-4 minutes or until meat feels firm to the touch.
