Only 1-2% of the world's cattle are graded as being prime due to the high standards and qualifications required. This roast is especially delicious because it is aged and heavily marbled, ultimately giving it a wonderful texture and hearty beef flavor. Trimmed to perfection and netted for easy preparation - Simply thaw, season and bake!

Allow prime rib to thaw in refrigerator, still in package, on a plate for 2-3 days. Once roast is thawed, preheat oven to 375°F. Remove roast from packaging, leaving netting on. Place roast on a foil lined or sprayed sheet pan, do not cover. Allow roast to cook until a meat thermometer reaches 130°F in the center of the roast for medium rare. Remove from the oven and allow the product to rest for 10 minutes. After this time, remove the netting, slice and serve! Note: Netting is easiest to remove when using scissors to cut one row of strands, followed by gently rolling the netting of the product.
