For best results thaw under refrigeration. Use within 5 - 7 days. Cook steak according to a meat thermometer rather than a time table. Remove steaks from grill, pan, or oven 5 degrees before desired doneness. Let steak rest 5-10 minutes before serving. Rare - 125 - 130 degrees Medium Rare - 130 -145 degrees Medium - 140 - 145 degrees Medium Well - 150 - 160 degrees Well - 160 - 170 degrees

QVC's offer of 10 black Angus ribeye steaks.

Dear sirs, I purchased your QVC offer of these steaks +3 additional orders using auto delivery every 3 months for one year. In early July I received my first order and they were great. All were 10 oz and an inch thick, very tasty!! I just received my 2nd delivery and what a difference. 7 of the steaks were 1/2 inch thick and the remaining steaks were just about 3/4 inch thick. all weighed 10 0z but were longer and wider but thin, thin, thin. They probably would make decent Philly Cheese Steaks but not good grilling steaks. I called QVC but they were not able to send me another replacement because these steaks offer is not available. Therefore I was unable to leave a neg review on QVC to warn other buyer to beware, so I had to come to Rastellis website to leave a neg review. I ended up waiting another 3 months to see if Rastelli's improve on their steak cutting. The QVC supervisor stated she would send an official complaint "upstairs" to be reviewed. Would you be satisfied with 1/2 inch steaks?I don't think so. D' Overholser.
