This smooth and creamy cheesecake is made with ricotta cheese. We don’t use just any ricotta. We use Impastata Ricotta ( ‘The Cadillac’ of ricottas) which is a premium type of cheese that originated in Italy.  It is made from fresh whole milk the artisanal way, and possesses less moisture than regular cheeses. This fresh, delicate cheese has a light flavor and a unique, velvety texture. We then brûlée the top fo the cheesecake (sprinkled with sugar and caramelized) that will provide a sophisticated ending to any meal.

  • Individual pre-cut slices make this easy to serve
  • Garnish with a dollop of whipped cream and caramel sauce for a truly ‘wow’ experience!

KEEP FROZEN UNTIL READY TO USE! Thaw in refrigerator 6 hours or overnight. Serve with whipped cream & strawberries, if desired. Serve refrigerated
