This sensational cake starts with vanilla-flavored ladyfinger biscuits that are imported directly from Italy. We then add layers of light & creamy salted caramel mousse that is flavored with Italian Dolce Latte caramel sauce and sea salt  - but not just ANY sea salt. This is Sicilian Sea Salt, which is produced by hand from the low waters of the Mediterranean Sea along the coast of Sicily. It’s then topped with a salted caramel butter streusel and dark chocolate blossoms made from the finest Belgian Chocolate. Perfecto!

  • Serves 15
  • To remove the first slice with ease, cut frozen.
  • To place on serving platter, pull sides of tray while frozen and pop out dessert.
  • Must be served refrigerated for best taste.
  • Cut squares, spoon into wine glasses, or just dig in and enjoy!   
  • Serve with a dollop of whipped cream and caramel sauce for a truly decadent experience!

KEEP FROZEN UNTIL READY TO USE! Thaw in refrigerator 6 hours or overnight. Serve refrigerated. Add whipped cream and caramel sauce.
