Sour Cream & Chive Baked Potato

Classic and delicious, our Sour Cream & Chive Twice Baked Potato is made with a non-GMO, Idaho potato cut in half, hand-scooped and topped with sour cream and chives. Bake in oven or microwave, then enjoy as is, or jazz it up with guacamole, chili, even pulled pork.
Preparation Method: Cook from frozen. Conventional oven: Preheat oven to 350�F. Place unwrapped potatoes on baking sheet. Bake for 35-40 minutes to an internal temperature of 165�F. The ridges will be browned and the potatoes should be heated throughout. Microwave: Remove the plastic wrap and heat in microwave for 3 1/2 - 4 minutes, to an internal temperature of 165�F.
