Sour Cream & Chive Baked Potato

Classic and delicious, our Sour Cream & Chive Twice Baked Potatoes are made from non-GMO, Idaho potatoes cut in half, hand-scooped, and topped with sour cream and chives. Bake in the oven or microwave, then enjoy as is, or jazz them up with guacamole, chili or even pulled pork. These are also great as party starters or a side for a quick family dinner!

Preparation Method: Cook from frozen. Conventional oven: Preheat oven to 350�F. Place unwrapped potatoes on baking sheet. Bake for 35-40 minutes to an internal temperature of 165�F. The ridges will be browned and the potatoes should be heated throughout. Microwave: Remove the plastic wrap and heat in microwave for 3 1/2 - 4 minutes, to an internal temperature of 165�F.
