Delicate and ultra lean with a subtle beef taste, our veal cubes come from humanely raised milk-fed calves. Use our veal cubes as you would lamb or beef--easily in soups, stews, curries, kebabs and more. Whatever dish you're cooking, veal takes it from standard to special.
Preparation Instructions: For best results thaw under refrigeration. Use within 5 - 7 days after product is completely thawed. Cook to an internal temperature of at least 160�F. Rare - 125 - 130 degrees Medium Rare - 130 -145 degrees Medium - 140 - 145 degrees Medium Well - 150 - 160 degrees Well - 160 - 170 degrees
