Thick, tender and incredibly delicious, our all-natural Veal Rib Chop comes from humanely raised, milk-fed calves. Simply defrost, season as desired, then pan sear. When you're over the same old roasted chicken or grilled steak, this sumptuous chop will add some awesomeness to your weekly dinner rotation.


Preparation Instructions: For best results thaw under refrigeration. Use within 5 - 7 days. Pan sear for two minutes and turn, cook an additional two minutes. Finish cooking in a hot oven (450*F or higher) until product is 5 degrees before desired doneness (internal temperature) using a meat or cooking thermometer. Let rest 5 - 10 minutes before serving. Medium Rare: 130 -135 degrees Medium: 140 - 145 degrees Well: 160 - 170 degrees
