Thick, hearty and kept on the bone for deep flavor, our all-natural Veal Rib Chop comes from humanely raised, milk-fed calves. Defrost, marinate, then pan sear to perfection. Serve this delicate, sumptuous restaurant-quality veal rib chop and Sunday dinners or weeknight dinners will never be the same.

  • Bone reserved for great tasting flavor

Preparation Instructions: For best results thaw under refrigeration. Use within 5 - 7 days. Pan sear for two minutes and turn, cook an additional two minutes. Finish cooking in a hot oven (450*F or higher) until product is 5 degrees before desired doneness (internal temperature) using a meat or cooking thermometer. Let rest 5 - 10 minutes before serving. Medium Rare: 130 -135 degrees Medium: 140 - 145 degrees Well: 160 - 170 degrees
